What does it mean to be a natural hairdresser?
Danielle: “With us you will not find silicones, ammonia fumes or strong chemical smells. We colour hair with plants. It is gentler for your scalp and better for the environment. The hair is treated and cared for instead of being damaged. Often you cannot even tell that the hair has been coloured. The result looks very natural. Many clients notice their hair becomes stronger and breaks less. Most clients also experience less itching and hair loss.”

What else are you known for?
“Colouring with plants and mineral colors is our specialty. Of course we also cut hair with passion and attention. We really enjoy blow drying. Some clients come in every week for styling. They can enjoy their hair for the whole week without needing many products at home. Just as important is that we take time for our clients. A visit to our salon feels relaxed, with good coffee, tea and a nice atmosphere.”

Can clients also use the products themselves?
“Yes. Everything we use is also available for sale in the salon. From shampoos to styling products from brands with a high percentage of natural ingredients. Anyone can walk in for advice or to buy hair or skincare products. As an international educator I have trained other hairdressers in plant colouring and sustainable working. Sharing knowledge is very important to me.”
