SS ROTTERDAM.

The legendary former flagship of the Holland America Line is docked on Katendrecht. The SS Rotterdam is 228 meters long and full of stories.

The ship was built between 1956 and 1959 and sailed for many years between Rotterdam and New York. Later it faced demolition, but it was saved and returned to the city. Since 2008 it has been moored at the quay on Katendrecht, restored with many original details and a 1950s interior.
